My name is Stephanie Boffa Wilkening. I am a family advocate, community builder, and knowledge sharer with a deep commitment to supporting families as they navigate the complexities of co-parenting, blended families, sobriety, and divorce. Growing up in a blended family, I was fortunate that all of my parents ensured I had a childhood I didn’t have to recover from. They prioritized communication, respect, and stability, and I’m passionate about helping other families create similar experiences.
As a mom and stepmom myself, I understand the unique challenges that come with blending families and navigating co-parenting dynamics. That’s why I’m dedicated to advocating for survivors who may be facing complexities within their families—whether it’s managing high-conflict situations, refining communication, or navigating the intricacies of post-separation life. I believe that every survivor deserves the opportunity to create a peaceful, supportive environment for their children, regardless of their background or the challenges they face.
At Soberly Blended, I offer tailored 1:1 sessions to help survivors build resilience, create healthier family dynamics, and foster communication that benefits everyone, especially children. My goal is to empower families to make thoughtful decisions, prioritize child safety, and maintain strong relationships even when navigating complex co-parenting situations.
Navigating grief is a natural part of this journey. Whether it’s the grief of separation, loss of control, or the emotional toll of complex relationships, I understand how challenging it can be. My focus is on helping families move beyond survival mode—empowering them to start living again and building a brighter future. Survivors can transition from simply getting by to thriving in their new chapters, creating a foundation for themselves and their children that honors both resilience and healing.
I hold a bachelors degree in political science and a masters degree in public administration, and am in the process of obtaining my juris doctor, focusing on family and criminal law. I am the author of A Time for Everything: Navigating Grief, Growth and Resilience, and have certifications in divorce and co-parenting advocacy. Thus, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to my work, because I’ve seen how the right strategies and support can transform family relationships.
It’s my mission to ensure that more survivors have the resources they need to thrive.
If you’re ready to build a healthier family dynamic and move forward with confidence, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can create an empowering and resilient life for you and your family.
